Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is the governing body, management and administration of people elected by the General Assembly of the UNION in free and secret ballot. The mandate of the Executive Committee shall be two years. The charges will cover the President, a minimum of one and a maximum of three Vice-Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer and a minimum of one and maximum of twelve members.
The functions of the Executive Committee are:

a) The implementation and enforcement of the resolutions adopted by the General Assembly.

b) Develop and direct the activities of the UNION necessary for the exercise and development of its purposes.

c) To propose to the General Assembly for action programs realizing general and specific compliance.

d) Submit to the General Assembly budgets, the statement of accounts, settlements and fee proposals for approval.

e) In cases of extreme urgency, decisions on matters whose jurisdiction corresponds to the General Assembly realizing it at the first session is held.
